About Us
We are a small family owned and run operation, located in Broussard Louisiana. George and Susan are both employed full time in the oilfield. However both are committed to raising their family on the farm, where Logan and Addison can learn values, responsibilities and the rewards of a country lifestyle and hard work. Susan has a bachelors degree in finance and marketing and has been a successful barrel horse trainer for many years. George has a bachelors degree in Animal Science and manages the cattle operation.

George has been involved with cattle his whole life, although always on a small scale. The original herd was owned by George’s dad which consisted of commercial Angus and Hereford cows periodically using Brahman bulls. Brahman females were introduced in 1991 when we began raising F1 Simbrah. Over the years we have added purebred Brahman cattle to our herd and maintain the few remaining Simbrah’s as embryo transfer recipient cows or for commercial production using Angus sires. We also produce a few F1 Brangus calves every year.

As we have added purebred animals to the herd, we obtained progressive genetics from J-J Ranch, Grey Shadow Ranch, Smith Brahmans, Heritage Cattle Co. and Sagrera Brahmans.
